Sixteen boys and girls across Years 5 and 6 competed alongside Holy Cross against St Winifred’s and St Joseph’s at this year’s Athletics Competition held at Bonus Pastor Catholic College. Also held on Tuesday of this week, the children participated in at least 2 Track and 2 Field events, including the Chest Push, Soft Javelin, Standing, Long Jump, Speed Bounce and several Relay Races. Well done to Year 5 and Year 6. The children did so well that the organisers of this event are still counting up the scores and are yet to announce the overall winners!
